What currencies can I pay in?
Once you have selected your chosen currency from the drop down box on the top right hand corner of our website, all our prices throughout our website will be displayed in that currency.
When you come to pay for your order, you’ll be charged in the US Dollar equivalent, exchange rates may vary slightly.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely. We have taken great care to implement a GEOTrust SSL certificate onto our website. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of a website and encrypts information sent to the server using SSL technology therefore your details are completely safe.

Paypal is a payment method for online purchases that allows users to send and receive money online. It offers a fast, safe and easy method of payment without disclosing your credit card or other financial information to the merchant.

Am I able to get a refund on the product I bought?
Refunds will be offered on products that are faulty, unused and still in there original packaging. Item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in order to receive a full refund. Please send us an email to info@3Dfashionable.com to notify us of this.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the item has been returned and we receive this back in our headquarters, refund payment will be made immediately. This process can usually take up to 14 days.
Do you have gift cards and if so, how do I purchase this?
Yes, we do offer gift cards that can be purchased and then redeemed anywhere on our website. Please use the following link: Gift Cards
What should I do if I receive faulty product/s?
Please notify us by emailing info@3Dfashionable.com within 30 days of receiving payment and we will refund you the full payment back into your account. Alternatively if you would like us to send another one of these products, we will do so immediately in exchange.
What should I do If I receive the wrong order?
Should this ever happen albeit this is incredibly rare, please reach out to us by emailing info@3Dfashionable.com and we will ensure that the correct order will be sent over to your address immediately in exchange.
How long will delivery take?
We have one delivery option available throughout our website which is the following:
Free Shipping - Your product will be received within 20-30 days.
Express shipping - Your product will be received within 5 days.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer the following delivery options and their costs below:
Free Shipping - This is completely free of charge.
Express Shipping - $10USD per order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once you have bought an item, you will receive an order confirmation email which has an order ID in there. Please provide us with your order ID and we can track this order for you.
